A little over a year ago I began my self-love journey. It's a difficult task to reprogram the way you speak to yourself, talk to yourself and especially the way you SEE yourself. I wanted to change the way I saw myself. So on a late night of Tiktok scrolling I found this amazing entrepreneur who offered exactly that. A safe space to work through my uncertainty, insecurities and the opportunity to re-establish the amazing connection between me and how I saw myself. I promise by the end of the day you will feel emboldened, empowered and your beauty will shine bright. But just incase your still don't believe me wait until the galley reveal.....you will see a bold confident, smoking HOT BADDIE!!!!

As soon as I entered Sam's studio, I was breathless. Her space and the variety of textures and different places for settings/poses are so wonderful. Her personality makes you feel right at home and any nerves I did have about doing a shoot were gone the second we started talking. Then we get to the pampering part :) Charlie is so extremely talented for hair and makeup- when I finally saw myself after she finished my jaw dropped (literally, there is a picture of it and everything). There is also a great client closet provided but I went a *tad* overboard and brought 2 suitcases full of options and accessories and we ended up narrowing it down to 10 (i think) looks. Her process is amazing, I didn't feel awkward at all, she showed me exactly how to pose and what to do with my hands and face and feet and we had FUN. Sam takes your thoughts and ideas and shows you how to execute them and is very transparent about the whole process. The hardest/most difficult part of this entire experience by far was choosing which of the final pictures I wanted. I'm on the plus-sized side and I never thought that I could look sexy or attractive with my belly but Sam proved me wrong! Every image was eye-opening and beautiful and made me feel things I never thought I would feel about myself and my body. I cannot wait for my next session and the one after that and the one after that. :)

So I went on a total whim when I contacted Sam. I have seen a few of her tik toks and I figure… why not get some information? I was drawn to her bubbly personality in her videos! I knew that she would be able to make me comfortable even when I didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin. I have gained 30lbs after having my son and just fell into the wife and mom role. Here I was, 7 years later feeling like shit about myself but I figure hey… this is me.. not like I’m going to change so fuck it.. let’s do it. My experience was PHENOMAL!!! My pictures came out better than expected and I cannot thank Sam enough. So if your that mom, wife, person who lost herself in life a little bit and need a reminder of how awesome you are… just do it… life is short..

I've always wanted to do boudoir photos but never had the courage to have them done. I've battled weight and body issues all my life and struggled with my confidence levels. One day I decided enough was enough and began my journey of locating a photographer. I stumbled upon Miss Sam's webpage. She looked so friendly and her portfolio was wonderful. I thought yep, she's the one. After making the appointment I was so nervous..wondering what to wear or how I'd be able to do poses. My aniexty was through the roof but Sam kept saying we'd figure everything out. By the time my appointment rolled around I was seriously contemplating just canceling everything. Sam was so professional and compassionate even when I broke down and almost cried during my session.. I had hated my body so much that when she showed me a sneak peek I hated it,, but we pushed through and I did my very best. I was so down on myself and sure I would absolutely hate my photos. When the day finally arrived and she showed me my pictures I could not believe how awesome they were. I was in shock.... the whole experience has helped me to be more accepting of my body and has given me a sense of pride because I was able to do something that made me uncomfortable. I'm happy to say that I have another session booked and I'm totally looking forward to it!!!
